The Paddock Bakery
The Paddock Bakery bakes sourdough breads out of their wood fired oven. This bakery cafe also serves beautiful coffee.
It was old house and renovated to a successful bakery cafe. so when you enter there, you feel like being at home.
There are lots of windows inside, so you can enjoy the beautiful Gold Coast sunshine. and in the sunny days there is many seats outside with their nice gardening.
One of the busiest cafe on the coast.

ゴールドコーストハイウェイからクリスティーンアヴェニューにはいって一個目の信号の手前の角を右に曲がったところに一軒の常ににぎわっている家がThe Paddock Bakery。晴れている日においしいコーヒーを外で飲みたいと思ったときおすすめのベーカリーカフェ。
一軒家の中に入ると奥にはウッドファイヤーの釜戸があり、焼きたてのサワドーブレッドがいただけます。
あまり、パンには詳しくないのですが、このサワドーブレッドは酸味が強いため、そのままでは食べず、ディップしてみたり、なにかと一緒に食べるとおいしいです。また、どっしりとした食感で腹持ちがいいと言われています。
とにかくいつも混んでいます。
私のオススメはチーズバーガー。アサイも人気があります^ ^
抹茶ラテもここでいただけます。
ゴールドコーストの日差しを浴びながらお茶するのにピッタリなカフェです。
